As of October 20, 2025, the .SU top-level domain now supports domain name registrations in Simplified Chinese, Korean (Hangul), Thai, and Hindi (Devanagari).
These additions build on the existing support for extended Cyrillic and Latin scripts, as well as Armenian, Georgian, Greek, Arabic, and Hebrew.
With this expansion, the .SU ccTLD now encompasses all languages of the BRICS nations, reflecting the growing cultural, technological, and economic ties among the peoples of the Global South.
